Aqualane Shores – Aqualane Shores is located between Port Royal and Old Naples off of Gordon Drive. Aqualane Shores consists of single-family homes on deep-water canals, some directly on Naples Bay. Coquina Sands - Coquina Sands is located just north of the Naples Beach Hotel and west of US 41. Coquina Sands offers single-family homes and condominiums mostly of traditional Florida design. Keewaydin Island – Keewaydin Island is a unique barrier island in Florida that has no cars, roads, or bridges. It had a history of being the next developable barrier island, after Marco Island to the south was developed in the 50's and 60's and onward. Wildlife abounds and the island protects one of the largest and most important reserves called Rookery Bay. The island is currently about 85% public property and 15% private. Port Royal - Port Royal is world-renowned known for its elegance and fabulous estates. Port Royal consists of large estates that are bordered by Gordon Pass to the south, Naples Bay to the east, Gulf of Mexico to the west, and Aqualane Shores to the north.
